Social Media Marketing is becoming increasingly important as well. The reason why social media marketing is so important is because everyone is becoming increasingly social. It has been said that around 60% of people not only use the Internet to make a purchasing decision, but more specifically, they utilize their social media networks. This means that they are using these networks to find new products and services to purchase. You must ensure that as a business, you are capitalizing on this new medium. Facebook is currently the number 2 most visited website in the world. This means that you must be on Facebook trying to get people aware of your business/product/service.
Pay Per Click Advertising.This is a more expensive way of marketing, but just as effective, if not more than the other methods. You will essentially pay for a bunch of keywords and target them. Therefore, anytime someone mentions that keyword, your ad will show up on their screen in the sidebars. This is extremely effective because it is so targeted. It can become costly if done incorrectly. However, when you have someone that is knowledgeable running your campaign, not many other forms of marketing can be as effective as Pay Per Click Advertising.
